Terms and Conditions Summary – Please read

• Eligibility & Pricing – Pricing shown is valid when purchased with a new Colortrac large format scanner or within 3 months of the scanner’s original purchase date. After this period, Extended Parts Warranties can still be purchased until the end of the included 2-year standard warranty, but at a higher rate. Contact us for a quotation.

• Purchase Restrictions – This warranty is only available for Colortrac scanners purchased through Business Digital Machines.

• Exclusions – Consumable Parts – Extended Parts Warranties do not cover consumable items, including but not limited to glass plates, calibration sheets, hold-up/pressure plates, feed rollers, and lamps. These items can be replaced but will be charged separately.

• Exclusions – Damage or Misuse – Parts will not be replaced under warranty if the failure is caused by accidental damage or misuse. All warranty claims are subject to Colortrac’s approval.

• Exclusions – Fitting Costs – The warranty does not cover callout or labour charges for fitting parts. A fitting service is available at additional cost.
